Forgiveness

Many of us believe that the U.S. government is exploiting the Iraqi people solely for their oil --  that the attack on Iraq was the result of corporate greed, paid-for politicians, and a complicit public that stood by silently. American soldiers, their families, and the Iraqi people have and are suffering greatly for this ill-conceived occupation. How can we find reconciliation and hope in this disheartening morass? What is the answer?
